Zindagi Fellowship 2024

Zindagi Fellowship is a flagship programme of Project Mukti. 

The second cohort of Zindagi Fellowship 2023 had eight bright young women from marginalized communities, coming from different walks of life, and various regions in India. 

Zindagi Fellowship is a 4-month online fellowship that empowers young Dalit, Bahujan Adivasi and Vimukta (DBAV) women, gender non-binary and transgender folks who are budding entrepreneurs. The Fellowship aims to build a network of young Ambedkarite entrepreneurs across India.

This year we hope to bring together a group of 12 budding and aspiring entrepreneurs who are willing to undertake their entrepreneurial journey as Zindagi Fellows. We hope for them to take the lead in their economic empowerment through the various modules we offer on leadership training, language and digital literacy, and business and financial literacy. 

During the Fellowship, the fellows will have access to professional development opportunities, mentoring, networking and training, and knowledge about various seed funding organizations and investors to support their ideas, businesses, and organizations. The entire cost of the program is covered for accepted fellows.

Selection Process

All the applications received will be screened for the basic eligibility requirements. The applications which show that the candidates fulfill the basic eligibility requirements would only be considered for further evaluation by the Selection Committee. Further, the selected candidates will be called for an online interview.
